The Bends Chromatic Attack — Turbo RAT Rhythm & Whammy Scream
Yorke's rhythm chain used a Telecaster Thinline, Pro Co Turbo RAT and silverface Fender Twin, while Greenwood used a Telecaster Plus, ShredMaster, Fender Eighty-Five and Whammy. The final piercing lead uses the Whammy's octave-up shift over Greenwood's mid-heavy distortion. Exact settings were not published and are approximated from the documented period rig.
