Back in Black Jangle-to-Bite — Gretsch Bed & SG Lead
The track follows the Back in Black method of tracking Malcolm and Angus together, with Malcolm’s Gretsch-and-Super-Bass clarity separated from Angus’s SG through selected Marshall heads. Tony Platt used two condenser microphones and changed amp and mic combinations to suit individual songs; no reliable song-specific settings sheet exists, so the controls below are approximated from the documented album rig.
